Simple answers for workspace members

TeamCanvas is designed around team-owned workspaces, shared room links, and boards that stay useful after the meeting ends.

How do I join a workspace?

Open the workspace link shared by your team owner. From there, sign in with your work email and password to reach the rooms assigned to your team.

Can I create a public account?

TeamCanvas does not offer open account creation on this website. Workspaces are opened by team owners and then shared with the people who need access.

How are rooms shared?

Rooms live inside a workspace. A team owner or room editor shares the workspace link with members so everyone starts from the correct team space.

Does TeamCanvas support live collaboration?

Yes. Team members can work together in a room with shared cursors, notes, comments, and board changes that keep the conversation visible.

Can I export a board?

Boards can be prepared as clean summaries with notes, decisions, and grouped sections so the outcome is easier to share after a session.

How do workspace links work?

A workspace link points members to the right team area. After opening it, members sign in with their workspace URL, work email, and password.

Can guests view a board?

Guests can view a board when a workspace owner grants guest access for that room. Owners decide whether a guest can view, comment, or edit.

What happens after a meeting?

The room remains available with notes, decisions, open questions, and the final board structure so the team can continue async work later.
